Amy Smith

Amy is a proud born and bred in Bristol. She has a passion for production management and casting. She attended the BFI BOVTS Academy, which was her first eye-opener in the industry.

She has finished her filmmaking degree at the University Of The West Of England and did an internship scheme with the Bristol Creative Industries to help people from under represented groups get into the industry. She did 3 months at Halo a branding agency then 3 months at Aardman Animation Studios.

Following on from Aardman she was a production runner on an NDA’d upcoming project.

Recently was a production management assistant at the BBC on the Chelsea Flower Show 2024!
